What is a lease purchase? A lease purchase is a two part agreement to rent a home and at a later date buy that home, sort of a delayed closing! As a REALTOR® I've had the opportunity to help people move into their dream homes as renters and close on those homes later as buyers. I have personally purchased homes this way.
