From Lease to Purchase; A different way to home ownership

Fact: Lease Purchase is a viable option as a path to home ownership when done correctly and with the right determination.

What is a lease purchase?  A lease purchase is a two part agreement to rent a home and at a later date buy that home, sort of a delayed closing!

As a REALTOR® I've had the opportunity to help people move into their dream homes as  renters and close on those homes later as buyers. I have personally purchased homes this way. With the years of experience and knowledge that we have, I have developed the "From Lease to Purchase Program." Our Program is designed to connect people who may be ready to rent and move in their dream home but need to purchase that home in the next 6 months to two years with sellers who want to sell their home and are willing to wait to close.

Is there a qualification process? Yes, there is a pre screening process for both our Seller/Landlords and Tenant/Buyers this is done to protect the interest of all involved.


What area's do we service? We are located in Lawrenceville, GA but we service All of Metro Atlanta and Surrounding Counties.
